Verio Review: Tom
03/23/10Pros:
Not worth the price. I couldn;t get support to configure my Nokia.
Cons:
High price and lack of support. Too many other companies do a better job.

09/20/09Pros:
They are very polite Verio gives you a option of pay by card or invoice to your self or company a frist I for me. The people try very hard to make you happy. They are only ones able to Host my Mac Xserve on there network that is fantastic. Great Host
Cons:
I spent 55 min talking to a guy in the wrong department. This was someone that I could tell did care a lot & wanted to help his own words "I am sorry man we are just so big I still trying to find you". To Verios defense I called the wrong department.
Other Thoughts:
Great people to talk to (I spent 55 min talking to a guy in the wrong department) This was someone that I could tell did care a lot & wanted to help in his own words "I am sorry man we are just so big I still trying to find you". I did not call the right department at Verio I did get many what I think where true apogees by the 1st person & even by the guy they sent to me He did find the department & was very polite. I know that if I called the right department the frist time it clearly would not have happened I have a company & don't falt Verio as much as others might not agree with me.
They are really pro's at what they do MailStreet (Apex) & RackSpace are not able to do what Verio can & not willing to be as customer oriented. I would say if you want MS Exchange Email Verio is a great company.

01/16/09Pros:
First sixty days free! sweet, right? no, but wait.
Cons:
Their prices were high after the first sixty days, I didnt realize how expensive it was until I had already invested my company with them and the features I needed cost more than I expected. Go with someone else in the end.
