Pros:

Great support. Personal service. Support for email archiving, blackberry, 2003 and 2007 exchange, pop, imap, webmail

Cons:

webmail is glitchy every once in awhile, mostly solid though

Other Thoughts:

They treat you like you're their most important customer, even if you are small. Good support.
