They spent 1.5 hrs on the phone with me setting up all my complicated little setup requests. Incredible patience and customer service. I haven't seen any other host like them. And I'm a big customer of IT products.

I think that Streamlined Fusion really has it right. They're on the latest exchange platform. they upgrade users for free to the latest versions. Their prices are unbeatable. My old provider demanded that I pay 200% more per month for enabling journaling for my organization. Streamlined did it all at a VERY reasonable fee. Much less expensive. And their support engineer's attitudes are much more helpful than my old provider.
I'm very happy to say goodbye to my old provider and hello to better service and Journaling at a much more reasonable fee.

Great Customer Service! Great Uptime! Lightning Fast Connection! Everything you would expect from a high cost provider but at a reasonable price. I will never switch to anyone else.

Their customer service is absolutely unbeatable!!! Very few companies, especially low cost exchange hosters, have the level of customer service like streamlinedfusion.com. I always get someone to talk to on the phone and they always lead me in the right direction or just change the settings themselves so I don't have to worry about managing my company email.
There truly is no one better and I am a proverbial pessimist with very, very high expectations.

Streamlined Fusion is an excellent exchange host. They provided invaluable and consistent tech support. I highly recommend Streamlined for their dedicated exchange hosting, it increased my productivity by at least 25%.
Cons:
There was one time when tech support was busy and had to call me back but other than that they always answered my calls and resolved my issues in a timely manner.
