Pros:

Sales rep. helped me select the best Exchange package for my needs and at that time they had a 1 month free promo.

Cons:

N/A

Other Thoughts:

Technician support me even if their server was not the cause while configuring my Outlook. I believe if they have a real issue the Team will be awesome in resolving. Thanks!
