At the beginning i was scared to move to the cloud. I had to buy some new uptodate servers and license for my hosted exchange. Then while calculating ROI , i decided to outsource this to Sherweb. Its the best decision ive ever made.
Cons:
none , easy migration , 24x support , low prices.
Other Thoughts:
i would recommend whoever who want to get rid of the pain of an internal exchange server to move to Sherweb.

Good price, can't find anything better elsewhere for same product (I have Exchange 2010) and features. Support is always fast (chat or phone, did not use email because I had them online instantly.
Cons:
So far everything was smooth, I have no cons.
Other Thoughts:
The migration team was helpful. Switching to this company was the best move for me and my colleagues. Hosted Exchange is great, now my IT guys can do other projects for us instead of managing this server in house.

Sherweb is the best hosted exchange provider ive ever tryed. They always fixed my various issue and they excedeed my expectations. I would recommend sherweb to everybody for hosted exchange and sharepoint !
Cons:
Sherweb is more expensive then a free email , but come with all the related advanteges.

Their control panel is great. I'm not an IT specialist but I can handle my account very easily. I only had to call support once but received perfect service.
Cons:
I was annoyed not to be able to migrate to Exchange 2010 without doing it myself, but I think the 2007 is still more stable and compatible with the other services than 2010.
Other Thoughts:
I thought they were responsible for poor BES service but soon realized they did what they could about RIM outage. They even posted statuses on RIM situation which is really nice of them.

Ever since their 2010 platform came out it has been nothing but problems. Terrible support, there support reps know nothing. during outtages, there is no information on whats going on. Our customers have lost roughly 3 full business days in 2011.

We are never signing up another client with sherweb, they are the worst hosting company in the business.

They are a pretty good at cheating and they know to cheat well. I am very happy with the way I was cheated. I will look forward to getting cheated again by them.
