01/31/12Pros:
Never down or any issues that are not fixed immediately. During a migration they actually helped setup some people to catch me up. 100% uptime is unheard of in the Exchange world.
Cons:
Some Exchange features not enabled in hosted environment but you could bump up to dedicated Exchange servers.
Other Thoughts:
I will not use anyone else if I client uses anyone else they do not get discounted rates for email issues.

12/03/11Pros:
Great Support and no downtime so far
Cons:
Lacks Exchange 2010, It's a bit pricey, and Mobile Options have an extra cost
Other Thoughts:
They say they will include Exchange and Sharepoint 2010 in Q1 2012... Let's see how it goes

09/13/11Pros:
Most work can be done on your own without tech support.
Cons:
VERY expensive. All a-la-carte. Activesync, blackberry, exchange box.. etc.. Doesn't support exchange 2010, Distribution list spam messages have to be released by the administrator and not a designated user
Other Thoughts:
Rackspace is very much behind the times here. There are a lot of other providers which are more reasonably priced with better features and exchange 2010.

06/22/11Pros:
solid email experience when not having server issues
Cons:
price is too high and uptime is not 100% like they guarantee
Other Thoughts:
Overall we are pleased. A little downtime here and there, but overall a good solid hoster.

06/15/11Pros:
Moved our company from in house exchange 2003 to rackspace hosted 2 months ago. Good service, supports iphones, blackberries.
Cons:
Takes a while to get tech support.
Other Thoughts:
Hosted is the way to go. No more dealing with our exchange server having problems every week.

05/15/10Pros:
24/7 Live chat and phone support. Excellent techincial support!
Cons:
I don't have any as of yet.
Other Thoughts:
We have been with RackSpace for a month now. We have roughly 226 mailboxes and I have been very impressed with their services and support. They are by far one of the best if not THE BEST in the hosted exchange industry. I don't know about their other services, but we just have hosted exchange. I looked at several other companies before making the switch and was a bit nervous about it but I am so glad I ended up going with RackSpace. I have read other reviews about how great their support is but didn't expect it to be this great!
We have put in over 60 support tickets over a month and every single one of them was answered with the expection of 8 -10 within 1- 2 hours. They have a very good technical support system in place and they know how to handle each level of request quickly. And we really like the live chat feature, that works out really good for us.
People may complain about the price but at the end of the day with a company of our size price wasn't the first thing on the list, the support and uptime was! RackSpace is geared towards working with small to midsized company network administrators.
Also I like the fact that they didn't put all the mailbox on one server. The placed our mailboxes on several servers. Not everyone goes down.
If uptime and support are important then I would recommend going with them. If it doesn't matter then go with the cheaper companies.

03/23/10Pros:
It's a hosted exchange environment. Support is helpful when they want to be.
Cons:
Advertise access to backups, but refuse to use them for client needs--only internal needs. Account managers like to send you on a wild goose chase of transfers. Price is very expensive. They don't notify you of updates.
Other Thoughts:
They wouldn't be so bad if they dropped their prices and were a bit more clear about their offerings. Also, they adjust pricing for existing clients and don't offer migration options. We're still on exchange 2003 and I had to raise heck to get them to consider migrating us to 2007, even though they were offering exchange 2007 with 100x mailbox storage and $5.00 cheaper to new clients.
