Intermedia Hosted Exchange Review - Review on intermedia's hosted exchange service

Reviewer: Support Was Awesome

Pros:

Got through to support staff by phone in less than a minute. Way better than sitting on hold for my previous provider. There's cheaper mailboxes out there, but why save $3/mo. when it's a bunch of hassle. Worth the pocket change for IM's service.

Cons:

Signed up a few months before they started hosting Exchange 2010. Not a con, per se, just wish I'd paid attention to their beta program. Going to upgrade to 2010 at my next bill cycle as I read the process is super-smooth.

Other Thoughts:

All around this is a solid company and a good decision if you need great email for a small business like mine, without any pains-in-the-neck.
