Excellent customer service! I had a question and got someone live on the phone in 20 seconds. Unlike our last provider we haven't had any downtime. Intermedia has a 99.999% uptime guarantee. Best decision we ever made!

Right now they're the only provider that offers a hosted version of Exchange 2010. Amazing up-time guarantee (99.999%) and they also have a wonderful data protection guarantee. If you want the best, most reliable service, Intermedia is my pick.

Support is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. When it comes to communications, particularly email, customer service and reliability are the two cornerstones I look for and are the most critical, and Intermedia.net delivers it.

Intermedia is the only provider offering hosted Exchange 2010 - they also have a 99.999% uptime guarantee (which is the same as less than 6 minutes a year) and just announced a 100% data protection guarantee. They are far superior to the competition!

Intermedia Review: Support Was Awesome

Got through to support staff by phone in less than a minute. Way better than sitting on hold for my previous provider. There's cheaper mailboxes out there, but why save $3/mo. when it's a bunch of hassle. Worth the pocket change for IM's service.
Cons:
Signed up a few months before they started hosting Exchange 2010. Not a con, per se, just wish I'd paid attention to their beta program. Going to upgrade to 2010 at my next bill cycle as I read the process is super-smooth.
Other Thoughts:
All around this is a solid company and a good decision if you need great email for a small business like mine, without any pains-in-the-neck.

I just signed on for the 2010 Exchange service and was impressed by the process they used to set up my mailboxes. No performance issues or hiccups. They have an SLA for uptime and data.
Cons:
None so far...They were 2 bucks more expensive but I also got a 25 GB mailbox

Cons:
They were awesome from the time we started with them in 2003 untilearly 2007. Nothing but downed servers and non spam bounced email since then. Tech support went from great to horrible also.
Other Thoughts:
I think they grew too fast, and their outsourcing tech support to Russia does nothing to improve the experience

Cons:
I was better off using AOL to be honest and that shouldn’t say much. Everything always gets routed to my spam and emails always get stuck in my outbox. It was cheap but I have ridiculous file sending limitations. on top of everything any other service through them is overpriced and with tons of hidden fees.
