Pros:

InboxSolutions has been my email host for 2 years now. No downtime!

Cons:

I have 25 mailboxes and have no complaints so far.

Other Thoughts:

They support blackberry internet service (which is free) saves money over BES service. If you have blackberries and don't need to sync calendar and contacts over the air use BIS. Saves $10 per blackberry every month!
