04/24/10Pros:
Very good host. I have been using them for 3 years. They just upgraded us to exchange 2010 this weekend. I like the new webmail.
Cons:
No complaints. Very satisfied with these guys. No downtime in 3 years! (knock on wood):)
Other Thoughts:
We have 45 mailboxes and a bunch of BB and iPhones. We use their archiving and it works well. I give them a big thumbs up!

04/20/10Pros:
It was an easy process to sign up and get a test account. I don't know much of the technical stuff but after I decided to go with them it is easy to get going and have all my employees using it. I am a small company so I don't have an IT staff.
Cons:
I used G-mail for so long we need to re-learn outlook.
Other Thoughts:
The only reason I am writing this review is that I got suckered into a different company from another “review” website. I don't think that site was independent and they send me marketing emails even after I said I did not want to receive them. So far I am very happy with the company I found on this website but if I find anything to complain about I will be back!

Signed up last week, thanks to the reviews from this site. They have Exchange 2010! $10 for a 25.0 GB mailbox. Can't beat that price anywhere else, believe me I have tried!
Cons:
Nothing yet! The tech who got our 12 mailboxes setup was great. He worked remotely to configure each outlook client and moved our old email.
Other Thoughts:
iPhone sync works flawlessly. SPAM filtering is included free. I am happy with my decision, no more need to manage email myself on SBS-exchange 2003.

04/06/10Pros:
InboxSolutions has been my email host for 2 years now. No downtime!
Cons:
I have 25 mailboxes and have no complaints so far.
Other Thoughts:
They support blackberry internet service (which is free) saves money over BES service. If you have blackberries and don't need to sync calendar and contacts over the air use BIS. Saves $10 per blackberry every month!

04/05/10Pros:
Signed up 2 weeks ago with 30 mailboxes. Migration and setup assistant was provided free of charge. I got 10 GB mailboxes for $10 each. ActiveSync included, yeah! Only extra is BlackBerry BES for additional $10 a month.
Cons:
I should have asked about Exchange 2010. Just got an email that they now offer 2010 version with 25 GB mailboxes for same price. If I would have known, I would have delayed migration a week. Looks like they will move us to 2010 for free in May
Other Thoughts:
Be sure to ask for a price quote. They were able to beat all competing price offers that I got from elsewhere. I am really happy with the choice. I would recommend strongly!

03/31/10Pros:
I saw some good reviews and signed up. They couldn;t get the whole thing to work us. They seem like good company.
Cons:
Didn't work for me. Doesn,t seem like complete offering.

06/04/09Pros:
Support is superb! Always can reach a knowledgeable technician with answers. Never had downtime. Use to host with 123... but their support was awful.
Cons:
nothing really, with email hosting it either works or it doesn't. and the key factor to a good host is their tech support.
Other Thoughts:
Cost is about the same as everybody, $10. They support macs :) free copy of entourage 2008!

04/03/09Pros:
No outages so far, generally can get someone on the phone, solid performance and easy set up. Willing to work with me.
Cons:
Control panel can't do Blackberry yet; waiting on an upgrade according to James. Not many articles in their knowledge center.
Other Thoughts:
For the price, can't beat their attention to me as a small business.
