Not a horrible provider, can usually get someone on the phone
Cons:
Never seem to understand my needs, constantly being put on hold/forwarded to someone else

I never had any big issue. service is quite satisfactory.

As a provider of Exchange email and other hosted services, Hosted Fusion beats the rest with their uptime and customer service. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but they helped me get things running (even on my old computers).
Cons:
Not the outright cheapest.
