Thier tech support staff was the WORST I became a referral partner, BIG mistake. The staff is condescending and for someone to be condescending you should have the knowledge to back that up. THEY DID NOT. oblivious to the workings of Exchange

I don't think that they really put any effort into perfecting their business processes, I cannot think of any pros, their service was mediocre and somewhat expensive.
Cons:
They didn't offer enough storage space for my company and I had to pay extra for the space I did eventually require. This was two years ago so I wouldn't take my word for it but they seem to be a bit more on top of their game now

The service is okay and it is really nice to have a full outlook application.
Cons:
A few times I would call and was on hold for half an hour. I know the company is small and there might be risk that they may not be around.
