Cons:

These idiots terminated by e-mail account for non-payment even though I was on auto-pay. They were sending me notices that there was a problem to an e-mail address that does not exist, so I was totally unaware that there was a problem until they shut down my e-mail account. Yes, you heard that right! They did not send me notices to my e-mail address, which I am paying them for! It’s not like they “did not have my e-mail address!”. WTF! Freak’n Losers! As a result of their incompetency I lost all of my e-mails, , history, my entire address book, etc. Everything! Then they had the “balls” to ask me for a $50 fee to reinstall my data from their backup server. Give them a call sometime. They are huddled up in a little room somewhere in India and you can actually hear rotary phones (yes, “rotary phones) ringing in the background. This makes understanding their poor English all the more difficult! Good luck with these guys . . . . . .

Pros:

I have been with Apps4Rent for a year now...The price point has always been competitive...they have never charged additional for activesync...others out there charge for this service. Support has always been excellent and outstanding.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think off.

Other Thoughts:

With Exchange 2010 they also provided ECP which gave me a lot of features and function....This reminded me of some Exchange 2007 features we had inhouse....I could create Different Activeycn policies and define which devices connect and which cannot this. Not sure if others provide this. Overall quite an experience with Apps4Rent and the overall quality of support they have provided.

Pros:

We had our own mail server and decided to outsource it. I then signed up with Apps4Rent.Others charge for ActiveSync.but with them its free.I spoke to the some L3 techs they had; and I was amazed at the expertise. I knew we would be safe with them.

Cons:

Blackberry is charged at $9.95 per device..wish they could reduce it...while getting proposals from others...none were cheaper...but a wish :)

Other Thoughts:

The support during migration was quite good....They took everything from my inhouse exchange and moved it over with zero downtime for my users. They also gave a file by which my users could configure exchange automatically on outlook. That was a nice little program. Now I manage users from control panel and take help from the 24 X 7 support they have. Not sure about chat support as I never used it...the e-mail response is so fast that I never had to use it. They are best out there.

This has added a lots of value. I liked the fact that I dont have to pay any charges for syncing my windows phone. Its included in my fully featured exchange plan..and this is the cheapest plan they have and it includes sync to phone. No downtime!

they have a good team for sure. prompt support; amazing service and great service. The only reason i moved from other location to them was simple.they allow free sync of mails on my and some other iphone and windows phone users. Other charge for this

I have been with them for about 8-9 months now by using the what they call is "splt domain" and it workls likes a charm. I will be moving all my users mailboxes to Apps4Rent. No downtime at all.

Give them high marks for reliability and price. Above average for support and responsiveness. We have been customers for several years now.

Initially their service was good and set-up was quite simple. Then it changed.

Started billing our company for items that we were already paying for. Billing department does not respond to e-mail and you are not allowed to talk to the department directly. AMEX has been contacted for fraudulent charges. Take business elsewhere

Other Thoughts:

Overall, their exchange server has been patchy with uptime and at sometimes very slow. We were considering staying with Apps4rent but after one month of trying to sort out why we were being invoiced twice for the same service we will be leaving. Billing department is not responding to our e-mails not can we speak to the department directly. All of this is detrimental to retaining our company as a customer. My advice is for companies to take their business elsewhere until Apps4rent decides to transact business as a professional organization.

Do not go with this company. They mischarged us and never provided a refund - multiple phone calls and emails I was told it would be taken care of and it never was. I have never seen such negative business practices as this small operation. After overcharging us $800 not once, but twice on accident, they failed to refund us when we requested, and continually told us they would do so. Their system failed to run our card properly, for which we were blamed, and when we requested to pay by check because the system was mischarging us they refused. They shut down our email accounts with a two day warning, causing all of the businesses we outsource to (we are an IT co) to lose their access as well. When we requested access for a day so we could review the invoices because the paperwork they provided on what we owed was showing we were owed money, they refused. The main individual there, Wade, is completely unhelpful and refuses to take any accountability for his actions. Google offers hosting now at $50 a year per person. Go with them - they are much cheaper and have a lot less aggravation then these folks.

I have been with Apps4Rent for about 5 months now. Its real value for money. The support and services has been good. I contacted support twice in these months and the response was quite quick. Once, I had to chat with them on Sep 4th.

The service they have provided till now is good. Initially, I just went to try as they have 30 days trial and never had to actually take my money back from them.
