123 Together Review: Ugh

They offer McAfee spam filtering and message continuity services, Exchange 2010 and claim "24/7 support". 30-day trial (if you can get an account set up and working, that is)
Cons:
You have to pay $1-2 more a month for said McAfee filtering and the "24/7 Support" is only capable of helping you set up Outlook or reset passwords for you. Anything else requires escalation, and often leads to no communication.
Other Thoughts:
123together promises 100% uptime and excellent customer service. I can't actually vouch for either of these claims as I was unable to get a working account set up, despite spending tons of time with level 1 support reps, both of whom gave conflicting information and promised calls or e-mail contact regarding support issues but utterly fail to follow through.
If you're able to get an account provisioned and not have issues that require any kind of in-depth support, then you might be alright. If you get an account with these guys and require *any* level of support beyond "click here to do this, enter your password here, click next", etc, good luck.

123Together.com has a decent support, I got a timely response to my phone request, very knowledgeable tech-team, you can them anytime. So great experience overall.

I hope they would move me to Exchange 2007 sooner, but I am very satisfied overall.

They support Palm Pre, so all of our team is now all set. They recommended that we don't set up auto-sync for Palm Pre, as this reduces a battery life.
Service is fast overall, our drivers are well connected with the head office.
