CON - The Support is so terrible for these guys! It is the worst support I have ever received. From time to time they change servers or I buy a new computer. Every time it usually takes 4-5 hours to get a problem fixed. Each person acts like they

heard of what you are trying to do before. I will cancel as soon as I find a new provider.

DO NOT BUY FROM 1 AND 1. IT IS THE WORST SUPPORT YOU COULD IMAGINE. I JUST DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY SAID I NEEDED TO TO INSTALL OUTLOOK ON MY NEW COMPUTER. NOW THEY CANNOT GET MY EMAIL BACK UP AND RUNNING. IT HAS BEEN 4 HOURS AND 32 MINUTES. HORRIBLE. REALLY HORRIBLE. REALLY HORRIBLE

had to pay 3 months in advance, lots of features, fairly inexpensive pricing.
Cons:
their 24/7 tech support was lacking. there were some hidden fees and terms in the ordering process.
