Pros:

relative inexpensive. already had web hosting with them

very sluggish, server down with no explanations when it could be back up again.

Pros:

They offered the service. But after four days of trying to get my order right I gave up and canceled

Cons:

Support is the worst I have ever experienced. My apologies to the workers i am sure they are trying but it was really bad. They spent a total of five days tryong to get me set up, got the calender working, then the email stopped

Other Thoughts:

I am looking for another provider and moving my current services.

Pros:

CON - The Support is so terrible for these guys! It is the worst support I have ever received. From time to time they change servers or I buy a new computer. Every time it usually takes 4-5 hours to get a problem fixed. Each person acts like they

heard of what you are trying to do before. I will cancel as soon as I find a new provider.

DO NOT BUY FROM 1 AND 1. IT IS THE WORST SUPPORT YOU COULD IMAGINE. I JUST DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY SAID I NEEDED TO TO INSTALL OUTLOOK ON MY NEW COMPUTER. NOW THEY CANNOT GET MY EMAIL BACK UP AND RUNNING. IT HAS BEEN 4 HOURS AND 32 MINUTES. HORRIBLE. REALLY HORRIBLE. REALLY HORRIBLE

Pros:

had to pay 3 months in advance, lots of features, fairly inexpensive pricing.

Cons:

their 24/7 tech support was lacking. there were some hidden fees and terms in the ordering process.
